Are lab tests required?

This depends on which program you're on. Hormone therapy requires lab tests, while other offerings may not.

How do I go get my blood test done?

We recommend using Function Health for the most comprehensive testing.

Do you accept payments from my HSA and FSA?

Yes, funds from health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts may be used to pay for products and services.

How do I refill my prescriptions?

  1. You will be notified when you are eligible for a renewal.
  2. Log in to your account to manage prescriptions and add to cart and select payment.
  3. Allow 1-3 days to process and 2-7 days for shipping
